Development:
LOSAP Incident Reports – must be a completed incident, must enter parameters for the reports (Start date, end date, Number of Points awarded for Fire responses, Number of Points awarded for EMS responses, % of calls individual must make based on call counts.)
1. LOSAP Incident by Department - For those agencies that figure incidents responses by department count.
2. LOSAP Incident by Station – For those agencies that figure incident responses by station count.
3. LOSAP Non Incident Report – Awarding of points, for training, drills, meetings, and Department Officers. Must enter parameters for this report (start date, end date, number of points awarded by category).
4. Reports, Local, select appropriate report.
